If you are a lender seeking to endorse the SBBOR and become a Signatory Company, you will be asked to fill out and sign the Attestation Form and submit it to SBM. The information in the Attestation Form is intended to be posted on the Website and by submitting it you agree to allow SBM to publish and disseminate that information in any form.
You will also be providing your e-mail address. SBM will not disclose your e-mail address to any other person or entity for any purpose whatsoever, other than an employee of or consultant to SBM for the purpose of maintaining, operating, modifying, and improving the Website. By providing your e-mail address, however, you do agree to receive e-malls from SBM in the future regarding SBM’s programs and activities.
SBM also reserves the right to disclose or use your e-mail address to comply with applicable law or legal requirements (for example, a lawful subpoena), to protect our rights or property, or to protect SBM from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
2. Children
SBM complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. SBM does not solicit and does not accept personally identifying information from any person under 13 years of age.
