Sign On to the Small Business Borrower's Bill of Rights
Every entrepreneur deserves access to financing that will help their business thrive, not force them out of business. The Small Business Borrowers Bill of Rights was developed by the Responsible Business Lending Coalition and reflects a cross-sector consensus on the six fundamental financing rights that all small business owners deserve when seeking capital. Signatories and Endorsers of the Small Business Borrowers’ Bill of Rights have committed to uphold these Rights. They do not necessarily endorse the Coalition’s policy recommendations, but they are encouraged to sign onto specific proposals and support advocacy efforts aimed to enshrine the Rights into law.
